How could I not close the year with the best party song of 2010? Ke$ha's Tik Tok hits every requirement a good party song needs. 1. A dance beat. 2. A killer hook. 3. A chick talking about brushing her teeth with Jack Daniels. When you have those three things in a song you're pretty much guaranteed party song of the year. So congrats, Ke$ha.
